Qualifications

• Management qualification or equivalent Facilities Services management experience (NVQ Level 4).
• Formal training in Food Safety up to Level 4.
• COSHH, Infection Prevention Control.
• Health & Safety IOSH Management of Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational Portering team to deliver high quality, cost-effective service.
• Drive service improvements and meet targets with action plans.
• Ensure patient needs are reflected in service improvements.
• Oversee ward-level Facilities functions, including Portering, Linen, Waste.
