John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Customer Delivery Porter to operate from our Network Customer Delivery Hub, delivering, assembling, and installing products directly in customers' homes while upholding the Partnership's standards and policies. You will start at your delivery hub, manage route deliveries using a Partner Device, and demonstrate how new products work.

As a Customer Delivery Porter, you will be the face of the John Lewis & Partners brand. Operating out of our Network Customer Delivery Hub, you will deliver, assemble, and install products directly in our customers' homes following planned delivery routes. You will promote the Partnership brand by maintaining a professional and courteous manner toward other road users, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring full compliance with the Working Time Directive, Health & Safety legislation, and Partnership Policy. Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
Once fully trained, your day will see you start at the delivery hub you are based at before heading out on route, where your responsibilities will include:
41 hours per week across 4 days on a 5 week rota. 2 shift patterns available: 1 (AM Shift) - Monday-Saturday 06:00-17:00. 2 (PM Shift) - Monday-Friday 10:30-21:30, Saturday 07:00-18:00
