Minster Law Ltd is seeking a Portal Team Leader in Wakefield to lead a team of Fee Earners and Admin colleagues handling RTA personal injury claims via MOJ portal. Hybrid working arrangement, reporting to Operations Manager, with a focus on quality, productivity and risk management.

The role combines leadership, technical supervision and people development to ensure excellent client outcomes and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced legal claims environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Management experience in legal/claims environment.
• Strong experience managing performance, coaching colleagues and developing high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of RTA claims processes and personal injury litigation principles.
• Ability to interpret and utilise management information to drive operational performance.
