Minster Law is seeking a Portal Team Leader within Legal Operations / Personal Injury Claims to lead a team of Fee Earners and Administrative colleagues through MOJ Portal and OIC processes, ensuring accurate handling, client outcomes and regulatory compliance.

You will coach, manage performance, monitor SLAs and drive improvements using MI data, Power BI and Excel, while maintaining quality and risk standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience in legal, insurance or claims handling.
• Strong coaching and performance management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of RTA claims processes and personal injury litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Fee Earners and Administrative colleagues.
• Deliver service levels, productivity targets and KPIs.
• Provide expert technical guidance on litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Ensure MOJ Portal requirements are met and maintain quality standards.
• Coach via regular one-to-one meetings and development reviews.
• Manage risks, compliance and stakeholder expectations.
