Job summary

CRA Legal is recruiting five experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners for locum roles in Wakefield with hybrid working. Positions offer £40-£45 per hour (umbrella) on a full-time basis, with starts ASAP.

You will handle busy claimant non-portal RTA caseloads, covering pre-litigation and litigated matters, while meeting CPR deadlines and coordinating settlements and court progression. Ideal candidates will manage their own caseload with minimal supervision, assess liability and quantum, review

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant non-portal RTA matters.
• Ability to work with CPR and deadlines.
• Hybrid Wakefield availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy claimant non-portal RTA caseload, pre-litigation and litigated matters.
• Investigate liability disputes and assess quantum.
• Review medical evidence and draft schedules of loss.
• Negotiate settlements and progress court proceedings.
• Work to CPR deadlines and procedural timetables.
