Job summary

Porsche Centre Bolton is seeking a Sales Executive to drive vehicle and product sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Bolton site.

You will welcome customers, build loyalty, manage orders and handovers, conduct part-exchange appraisals, and deliver bespoke vehicle demonstrations while maintaining strong client relationships. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8.30am–6.00pm and Saturdays on a rota.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally sports and prestige.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build loyalty and deliver a high quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a welcoming, personal experience.
• Build customer loyalty and ensure all requirements are met.
• Keep in touch with customers about orders and handovers.
• Carry out high quality appraisals on part-exchanges.

Porsche Centre Bolton has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their site in the town.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
• Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
• Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
• Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience:

Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige), be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• An eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Quality awareness
• Full UK driving licence
