Porsche Retail Group's Guildford centre is seeking a Senior Centre Support Assistant / Showroom Host to welcome visitors and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador for Porsche and support the centre team with administration and event coordination.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding showroom visits, handling calls and emails, and upholding a clean, attractive showroom. Salary up to £33,741 per year plus bonus and benefits.

As a Senior Centre Support Assistant / Showroom Host you will participate in the customer journey, by ensuring all customers of the Porsche Centre, whether in person, by phone or by email, are provided with an outstanding customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, always representing Porsche Retail Group and the Porsche brand.

When you are not hosting customers or responding to incoming phone calls or enquiries, you will be tasked with supporting the Centre management team, completing generalist administration duties and participating in organising events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and customers as they enter the showroom, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, enabling effective communication and assistance to customers
• Guide customers through the showroom, answering questions and providing information about vehicles, features, and promotions
• Manage incoming calls, forwarding them onto the right department
• Maintaining Showroom Appearance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including the arrangement of vehicles and displays
• Collecting Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the showroom experience and report any issues to management

Minimum Qualifications

• Previously experience working in a Receptionist, Host or Admin position
• Exposure working in a customer-facing position
• A friendly and approachable demeanour to create a welcoming environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an orderly showroom

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working in an automotive dealership
• Exposure to supervising a team in absence of the Manager
• Minutes writing or note taking during meetings
