Porsche Centre Bolton is seeking a Sales Executive to drive vehicle and product sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Bolton site.

You will welcome customers, build loyalty, and update on orders, conducting quality appraisals and bespoke demonstrations of features. The role requires strong communication and a full UK driving licence, with a competitive OTE and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and relationship building.
• Able to work to targets and maintain quality standards.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Porsche Centre Bolton has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their site in the town.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
• Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
• Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
• Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience:

Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige), be well presented and have exceptional communication skills, together with:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• An eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Quality awareness
• Full UK driving licence
