Sytner Group is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor for Sytner BMW Leicester to deliver excellent customer service, identify parts, and assist with sourcing for internal and external customers.

You will manage the parts stock room, handle ordering, stock levels, and support colleagues on selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Weekend work may be required to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise parts stock room and manage stock levels.
• Assist customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.
• Process orders and support selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
