Job summary

Listers Porsche in Hull is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the dealership. The role involves serving customers at the front desk and behind the scenes, assisting with parts pre-picks, stock checks and warranty processing. A focus on excellent customer service and product knowledge is essential.

The position offers a basic salary with a monthly bonus (OTE £28,500). Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with Saturday rota shifts, and strong progression opportunities within Listers Porsche.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or motor factor knowledge within a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Pre-pick parts for workshop job cards and customer orders.
• Check stock availability from inquiries and replenishment of consumables and service parts.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-in customers and online inquiries to build customer relationships.
• Process warranty claims and complete administration including customer records and invoicing.
