Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Lifeguard Team Member for Lakeside, Hayling Island. You will supervise pool and leisure facilities, ensuring guest safety while delivering friendly, high-quality service. The role involves monitoring areas, responding to incidents, and educating guests on pool rules.

Qualifications

• Must hold RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to incidents and administer first aid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed.
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations.
