Job summary

Warner Hotels at Gunton Hall is looking for a Lifeguard Team Member to help keep our pool and leisure facilities safe while delivering friendly service to guests.

You will monitor poolside, respond to incidents with first-aid, educate guests on pool rules, and support the Leisure team to create a welcoming, secure environment that enhances every stay.

National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) and ability to swim 100 metres are essential; the role includes training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) required.
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed.
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations.
