Job summary

Warner Hotels is hiring a Lifeguard Team Member for Sinah Warren on Hayling Island. You will supervise pool and leisure areas, ensure guest safety, and deliver outstanding service as part of our leisure team.

You will work under the Leisure Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming environment and contribute to a memorable guest experience through proactive supervision and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• RLSS Lifeguard qualification required.
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure guest safety around swimming areas.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid as needed.
• Educate guests on pool safety rules and regulations.
