Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is recruiting a Lifeguard Team Member for Lakeside on Hayling Island. Our hotel offers spa facilities, a cabaret restaurant and overlooks a lake near the Hampshire coast. You will help keep guests safe around the pool and leisure areas while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) required.
• Able to swim at least 100 metres.
• Commitment to guest safety and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed.
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations.
