Michael Caines Collection, at Lympstone Manor, is seeking a Pool House Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team with care and passion. You will deliver exceptional guest service, uphold brand standards and act as host during service periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage duties with accuracy.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience per post.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
• Understanding of budget, forecast and payroll.
• Manage Health and Safety policy and procedures for the department.
• Be the point of contact between the customer and the Head Chef during service periods.
• Effectively managing the rota system in line with business objectives and with your Manager.
