Lympstone Manor is seeking a Pool House Restaurant Manager to lead the Food and Beverage team with a keen focus on guest service, budget control, and brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality excellence, and the ability to coordinate service with the Head Chef during peak times.

We are looking for a Pool House Restaurant Manager with care and passion to join our Food and Beverage team. As a gourmet destination the ideal candidate will be customer service focused and have strong brand standards as well as being a real host who is committed to quality and hospitality.

What you’ll be doing

• Interacting with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner
• Demonstrating a good understanding of budget, forecast and payroll
• Managing and controlling the Health and Safety Policy and Procedure of the department in line with legislation, statutory and contractual obligations and ensuring departmental employees are satisfactorily trained
• Being the point of contact between the customer and the Head Chef at all times during service periods
• Effectively managing the rota system in line with Lympstone Manor’s business objectives and in conjunction with your Manager

Who we’re looking for

• Self motivated and well organised and can keep up to date with administrative tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Have proven similar industry experience
• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude and work to the highest standards at all times
• Stable experience of one to two years per post

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
