Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure equipment is fully functional and safe, supporting a clean and safe environment for members and staff. The role requires hands-on maintenance across carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, with travel between clubs within the region.

You will be responsible for maintaining pool plant systems and ensuring high service standards seven days a week, contributing to an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Essential technical skills or discipline (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, or single-phase electrics)
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or equivalent)
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within region

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is fully functioning and safe for use
• Maintain a safe environment for members and colleagues
• Contribute to delivering an excellent experience for members every day, 7 days a week
