David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure the wellbeing of our club, keeping all equipment fully functional and safe.

You will deliver a first‑class experience for members seven days a week, uphold high standards, and support a vibrant, inclusive community.

Candidates with carpentry, plumbing or single‑phase electrical skills and a Pool Plant Operators qualification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Has technical skills or discipline (e.g., Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics) - Essential
• Possesses a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Holds a full driving license or can travel between clubs in your region.
• Exhibits strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all equipment to ensure it is fully functional.
• Prioritising the safety of our members and colleagues.
• Creating an excellent experience for our members every day of the week.
