David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Warrington is seeking a proactive Maintenance Operative to keep club facilities in top condition. You will service and repair equipment, maintain pool plant systems, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members seven days a week.

The role requires hands-on technical skills (carpentry/plumbing/electrical), a Pool Plant Operators qualification, and a full driving licence to travel between clubs within the region. A good communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club equipment and facilities to ensure safe operation.
• Monitor and service pool plant and related systems.
• Provide timely repair work to minimise downtime.
• Support safety policies for members and staff.
