Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure all equipment remains fully functional and safe, supporting a positive member experience across our clubs.

You will work across facilities, involve carpentry/plumbing/electrical tasks, and travel between clubs within your region with a driving licence. Strong communication and listening skills are essential to engage with members and colleagues effectively.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in Carpentry, Plumbing or Electrical disciplines.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Drivers licence and ability to travel between clubs within region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is fully functioning to keep members safe and provide an excellent experience.
• Maintain club facilities and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team to support safe and efficient club operations.
