Job summary
David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team across our clubs. You will be responsible for keeping all equipment fully functional and safe, supporting a high standard of facility maintenance and the overall member experience.
You should have carpentry, plumbing or electrical discipline, a Pool Plant Operator qualification (STA or similar), and a valid driving licence to travel between clubs. Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Essential: technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical disciplines.
- Pool Plant Operator Qualification (STA or similar) is required or equivalent.
- Full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

- Ensure all equipment is fully functioning and safe for members and staff.
- Maintain club environments to support wellbeing and an excellent experience every day.
- Support safety of members and colleagues and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
