Job summary

SeaLanes Brighton Limited in London is seeking committed Duty Managers for our Canary Wharf site to oversee pool operations on a fixed rota. You will lead a team of lifeguards and staff, ensure safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service, and help turn visits into lasting community engagement.

We offer part-time and full-time roles (37 hours per week), with training and benefits including staff discounts and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in line managing a successful and engaging team.
• Experience in open water lifeguarding is desirable.
• Commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
• Ensure pools are safe and all checks are completed daily.
• Engage with customers to provide a welcoming environment.
