Job summary

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to set up and operate polysomnographic equipment for sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for understanding monitored parameters used in scoring and preparing polsysmographic reports, with the ability to institute life-saving measures when needed.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma; an associate degree in health sciences is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in Health Sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate polysomnographic equipment for diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
• Understand monitored parameters for computer scoring and report preparation.
• Ability to institute and maintain life-saving measures.
