Wood County Hospital is seeking a Registered Sleep Technician for Neurology to join our on-site night shift team. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, performing sleep studies, analyzing data, and adjusting care as needed in a safe, collaborative environment.
Requires graduate of an approved Polysomnographic Technologist program, BRPT registration, and two years of sleep testing experience across pediatric and adult populations. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Registered Sleep Technician / Neurology / Full Time / Nights
The Registered Sleep Tech provides safe, accurate, and age-appropriate sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services. This role includes preparing patients and equipment, performing and monitoring sleep studies, analyzing and scoring data, and adjusting care as needed, while maintaining professionalism, patient confidentiality, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The Registered Sleep Tech is an onsite position.
Essential Functions
Requirements
Education: Graduate of an approved Polysomnographic Technologist program
License: Registered through Board of Registered Polysomnography Technologist Program
Experience: Two (2) years of sleep testing including pediatrics and adults
Certification:
Preferred
Education: Associates degree
License: Respiratory Care through Ohio Medical Board
Experience: Hospital based testing center
Certification: Registered through the National Board of Respiratory Care
