HRC Recruitment is seeking a Complaint Handler in Glasgow to manage and resolve customer complaints within regulatory guidelines. The role operates on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, across a 35-hour week.

You will log, track and escalate cases as needed, ensuring adherence to procedures and service standards. The package includes a competitive salary (£27,500), a 15% pension, discretionary bonus, and 33 days of annual leave, with life assurance and wellbeing

Mansioni

• Ensure complaints are logged, managed and resolved following the requirements and guidelines of the financial services regulator
• Adhere to the startline internal procedures and processes, maintaining continuous high standards
• Own and manage a complaints caseload allocation and manage until resolution reached
• Fully comply with startline delegated authority limits
• Liaise directly with FOS in relation to any complaints escalated to them
