Police Scotland is recruiting a Policy Assistant to join Strategy and Innovation, Governance Audit and Assurance. The post sits in the national Policy Support team. Base location is flexible and the role supports hybrid working in line with organisational guidance.

You will provide administrative support for national forms, collaborate with the wider Policy Support team to ensure policies, SOPs and guidance are considered and applied across the force.

• In this role you will provide administrative support for national policies and guidance.
• Apply organisational accessibility guidance in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with governance, information security and classification practices.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain national forms record sets for requests from departments.
• Ensure accessibility guidelines are applied to documents and processes.
• Support governance and security classification implementations.
• Maintain the SharePoint filing system for national forms records.
• Prioritise work based on competing demands and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Corporate Communications teams as needed.
• Participate in meetings remotely via Webex or in person when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
