The Policy and Process Manager - Hard FM and Delivery Workflow at NHS Property Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving policies, standards, and guidance documents that support operational excellence. This role focuses on optimising delivery processes through best practice methodologies, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards, and maintaining strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders. It also involves conducting audits, updating compliance materials, and preparing reports for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
