Job summary

Huel is seeking a hands-on Europe Marketing Executive to own one or more EU markets. You’ll run paid campaigns, manage influencer partnerships and optimise the local site experience.

You will collaborate with the Europe Marketing Manager and our central Growth, Creative, and Retail teams to test what makes markets grow. Native Polish language skills are essential, plus a digital-first mindset and data fluency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in consumer brand, DTC or agency.
• Native or near-native Polish language required.
• Digital-first mindset with paid media, influencer, and affiliate interest or experience.
• Comfort with performance data and knowing how to act on insights.
• Interest in brand positioning and localisation beyond translation.
• Organised, proactive, and able to keep projects moving.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional and partner collaboration.
• Commercially curious about what makes a market grow.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across EU markets with Growth team.
• Monitor performance and share insights with Europe Marketing Manager.
• Manage local marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Identify, brief and manage influencers and creator partnerships.
• Support affiliate programme to extend reach and revenue.
• Localise campaigns and product pages for the market.
