Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a highly organized Business Support Specialist to join the UK Support Function, supporting the Land Ceptor/Poland Programme Office. The role focuses on coordinating effective support for sourcing, contracting and supply of high-value equipment.

You will liaise with stakeholders domestically and internationally, manage records and events, and help drive continuous improvements while upholding discretion and confidentiality in all dealings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close working relationships with domestic and international stakeholders both internal and external to MBDA.
• Provide support to monthly PPO Governance meetings, including action and decision tracking and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide records management across the PPO.
• Collaborate with colleagues in implementing, maintaining and supporting continuous improvement for key programme processes and records.
• Manage and coordinate visits across the Poland programmes.
• Ensure key programme documentation is available, accurate and up to date.
• Facilitate and supporting internal and external events and workshops.
• Be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities.
• Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members.
