Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK in Aberdeen seeks a poker professional to facilitate smooth tournament and cash game operations. You will ensure legal compliance with the Gambling Commission and company policies, and maintain professional, courteous dealing standards.

You will contribute to developing the poker offering, uphold responsible gaming policies, and work with management to enhance the customer experience within a vibrant casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an up-to-date and valid PFL as issued by the gambling commission.
• Ability to work as part of a team whilst demonstrating initiative.
• Willingness to work towards a PML as issued by the gambling commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and attentive service to all customers at all times.
• Create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere within the poker room.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all poker games are dealt to the required standard and in a courteous manner.
• Liaise with management regarding any mistakes or suspicious transactions.
• Comply with LCCP, AMLD, Health and Safety and fire regulations.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance; keep the uniform clean.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
