Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Lead Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst to help establish and grow a technology-led PMO. You will own PMO maturity, governance, reporting, and delivery standards across a portfolio of strategic change initiatives.

Working with senior leadership, Project Managers and delivery teams, you will shape how projects are governed, reported and delivered, driving continuous improvement and high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience leading PMO or portfolio management.
Ability to establish PMO governance, reporting frameworks and delivery standards.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and senior leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the PMO function.
Develop and implement PMO processes, governance frameworks, standards, templates and delivery tool kits.
Establish consistent project controls, stage gates and governance across the project portfolio.
Produce executive-level dashboards, portfolio reporting, KPIs and management information.
Monitor portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and delivery performance.
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting meetings.
Support strategic planning, prioritisation, resource management and delivery planning.
Conduct delivery assurance reviews, health checks and lessons learned activities.
Lead, coach and mentor Project Managers, PMO Analysts and delivery teams on PMO best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and organisational maturity.
