Indigo is seeking a Project Delivery Lead on a fixed-term PAYE contract to cover maternity leave in our Magor, UK office. The role will manage a team of Project Managers and ensure delivery to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards, following Indigo’s Project Management Methodology.
The ideal candidate will champion excellence, strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the team on a fixed-term PAYE contract providing maternity cover. Starting immediately, the role is expected to last around 12 months and offers a hybrid working model based out of our Magor (NP26) office.
You’ll lead the successful delivery of projects that support Indigo Telecom Group’s strategic objectives, ensuring outstanding performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer outcomes.
The role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Managers, driving the delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and consistently to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards. Working in line with Indigo Telecom Group’s Project Management Methodology, the post holder will ensure projects are delivered in the most effective and commercially beneficial manner for both internal and external customers.
By championing project delivery excellence, the role will strengthen customer relationships, maximise project profitability, secure incremental revenue opportunities, and identify new avenues for growth across the business.
The role will ensure that performance targets (e.g.: cost, quality, time) are set and continue to be met and that the end customer remains satisfied with the services.
Drive continuous improvement across the team and assigned projects ensuring the standard of delivery is industry leading. Act as single point of contact including escalation for projects/programmes assigned to the team ensuring cost effective solutions are delivered.
Proactively identifying and developing account strategies for key opportunities and leading the cross-functional internal team in executing them successfully.
Customer Satisfaction:
Supports and enhances the order to delivery process for assigned projects.
Undertakes regular service audits.
