Job summary

IntaPeople is seeking a PMO Project Portfolio Coordinator in Cardiff for a hybrid role. The position offers £35,000–£42,000 and a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or permanent opportunity.

You will coordinate a portfolio of around seven live projects, ensuring senior leaders have clear information to make decisions and that actions and dependencies are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects within a PMO or project portfolio environment.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to follow up with busy senior colleagues professionally.
• Good experience using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track progress across seven live projects.
• Maintain a clear view of project status, milestones and priorities.
• Prepare agendas, reports and papers for the Project Portfolio Board.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies across projects.
• Ensure Jira data is accurate and up to date.
• Support the PMO framework and ensure processes are followed.
• Build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
