OCS is seeking a PMO leader to drive governance, reporting and performance across New Works Projects in the UK. You will lead the PMO Admin team, manage procurement and KPI reporting, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee gates, GRNs, timesheets and subcontractor compliance, while contributing to strategic decisions at SMT level. A security-conscious, high-standards environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong budgeting, procurement and supplier management experience.
• Experience in governance processes, quality assurance and compliance.
• Proven people management and coaching ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead PMO team to provide critical reports and governance for New Works Projects.
• Manage project documentation, gates and procurement with compliance.
• Track KPIs and ensure corrective actions are taken when targets missed.
• Own client relationships and ensure clear communication across project lifecycles.
• Oversee admin team workload, timesheets, GRNs, and procurement processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project administration and reporting.
• Direct line management of the PMO Admin team and subcontractor compliance.
