OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced PMO professional to oversee day-to-day PMO operations within the New Works Projects Department. You will coordinate reporting, governance standards, and administrative processes, supporting the PMO Manager to ensure KPIs and financial governance are met.

In this role you will line-manage Project Coordinators, produce dashboards, and act as the main operational point of contact for PMO queries and stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Experience in PMO, project support or governance environments.
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience producing reports, KPI data and management information.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills including formulas, data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of project financial processes: POs, GRNs, cost tracking, forecasting, and P&L.
• Ability to interpret P&L information to identify risks and performance issues.
• Experience in projects, facilities management or construction.
• Knowledge of PMO reporting tools and governance processes.
• NVQ Level 3+ in a relevant discipline.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to undergo SC clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day PMO operations, coordinating workloads and service delivery.
• Direct line management of Project Coordinators, including workload and performance.
• Ensure PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards are followed.
• Produce accurate operational reports and dashboards for Projects SMT and stakeholders.
• Act as PMO contact for queries, stakeholder engagement, and escalations.
• Support project documentation, workflows, reporting activities and PMO systems.
• Assist with project financial management: purchase orders, GRNs, timesheets, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage operational escalations timely and professionally.
• Identify risks and inefficiencies, support continuous improvement in PMO.
• Support business continuity across PMO during absences or high demand.
