Zusammenfassung

Plentific is standing up a Controlling PMO and seeks a PMO Lead to set and enforce delivery standards, create a portfolio view, and unblock senior management when needed. You will coach Programme and Project Managers to raise the bar and own the stage-gate sign-off.

This hands-on role will build governance from scratch, own portfolio reporting cadence, track risks and dependencies, and prepare materials for Steering Committee reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience running programme governance, ideally in a PMO.
• Ability to coach and hold teams to standards, not command.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership credibility.
• Clear, direct communicator who surfaces bad news early.
• Comfortable synthesising status across initiatives into a single, honest view.

Aufgaben

• Establish and enforce delivery standards, charter, RAID log, status reports, and change log.
• Coach PMs to raise the standard of programme management beyond form-filling.
• Own stage-gate review processes and Go/No-Go sign-off.
• Consolidate programme status into a portfolio view of schedule, spend, risk and resources.
• Own portfolio reporting cadence and prepare materials for Steering Committee reviews.
• Track cross-programme risks, dependencies, ownership and escalation thresholds.
• Unblock senior management by presenting clear options and decisions.
