Job summary

Reapit is seeking an experienced PMO/Transformation professional to shape the single view of change across the People function. You will establish governance, cadence and reporting while partnering with the Transformation Programme Manager and Chief People Officer.

The role is fixed-term to 31 May 2028, based in London with 1–2 days a week in the Farringdon office, and offers visibility into a growing central PMO capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project, programme or PMO delivery role.
• Ability to create structure and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning, dependency and risk management across multiple initiatives.
• Clear executive-level reporting and data-informed prioritisation.
• Autonomous, credible with senior stakeholders, within a framework.
• Commercially-minded and delivery-focused; HR/People exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a single, prioritised view of all change activity across the People function.
• Building PMO governance: intake, prioritisation, planning standards and RAID.
• Running end-to-end governance, monthly portfolio reviews and ownership accountability.
• Producing concise reporting on delivery progress, risks and dependencies.
• Driving delivery by supporting workstreams and unblocking issues.
• Directly managing some high-risk initiatives and cross-cutting work.
• Supporting prioritisation and FY27 planning for higher-value work.
