Job summary

BT Group is seeking a PMO Professional in London to support the successful delivery of complex customer contracts through robust project controls and governance. The role involves ensuring governance, reporting and controls are consistently applied across programmes.

You will manage programme reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery obligations, partnering with teams to provide accurate delivery insights and drive informed decisions. A hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO delivery experience across complex programmes or contracts.
• Governance frameworks, delivery oversight and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO services across complex programmes and contracts with governance, reporting and controls.
• Manage programme reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery obligations.
• Partner with programme teams to provide delivery insight for informed decisions.
• Improve PMO processes, tools and ways of working for efficiency and quality.
• Support delivery assurance activities and contribute to continuous PMO improvements.
