Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Civil & Structural Project Manager to lead the safe, successful and timely delivery of C&S works within a major industrial CAPEX programme. You will manage end-to-end execution, coordinating multiple contractors, designers, management partners and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer or Chartered Project Manager.
• 10+ years' experience in senior project management roles delivering major civil and structural construction projects.
• Experience in live industrial, heavy infrastructure or process industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction legislation and contract management principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe, successful and timely delivery of civil & structural works within a major CAPEX programme.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, designers, management partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and UK construction legislation.
• Oversee design coordination, sequencing, commissioning interfaces and quality.
• Manage risk, change and commercial aspects, including contractor claims.
• Provide leadership across a multidisciplinary project team and stakeholders.
