Job summary

AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited in Stevenage offers a 12-month Internship within the PMO team. You will support project governance, planning, risk management and reporting across space-related projects.

Open to undergraduates, you will apply your Business Management studies and gain hands-on PMO experience. The role emphasizes developing communication, time management and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to multiple lifecycle stages and monthly reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a degree in Business Management or related subject.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Proficiency in Google software.
• Experience of using databases and analysing data is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and detail orientated.

Responsibilities

• Develop a wide range of PMO skills across projects.
• Support governance, planning and reporting activities.
• Assist with risk and opportunity management and reviews.
• Prepare materials for management reviews and project meetings.
