Job summary

Airbus is offering a placement in the PMO (Project Management Office) team within the Earth Observation, Science and Exploration sector. You will support governance, planning and reporting across the project lifecycle, with exposure to monthly reporting cycles and diverse tooling.

Open to undergraduates only; you must study Business Management or a related field, and demonstrate strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, plus good communication and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only.
• Currently studying towards a degree in Business Management or related subject.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Proficiency in Google software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and detail orientated.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance, planning and reporting across project lifecycles.
• Develop familiarity with PMO tools and monthly reporting cycles.
• Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with management reviews and material preparation.
