Job summary

Scott Logic is seeking a PMO Administrator to support day-to-day PMO activities within the Business Operations team. You will assist with revenue and people forecasting, management information, reporting packs, governance meetings, action tracking and supplier risk governance.

You will gain exposure to the core operations of a busy software consultancy, liaising with finance, commercial, staffing and senior management to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, well organized and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Confidence working with financial, forecasting, or resource information.
• Ability to maintain trackers, produce routine reports, and coordinate governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of PMO reporting packs.
• Tracking forecast movements.
• Coordination of weekly and monthly PMO meetings.
• Review of data modelling to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Administrative support for supplier risk management governance, including coordinating reviews, maintaining records and tracking agreed actions.
