Job summary

Spinwell Global Limited is recruiting an Associate Delivery Manager for a public sector programme. This short-term contract (6 months) is Hybrid with options in London, Bristol or Manchester and falls Inside IR35. Daily rate is £300-£350 via intermediary.

You will support the PMO Lead with governance, meeting cadence, risk and issue logging, and keep key project documentation up to date while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMO governance experience with risk/issue logging.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Digital Commercial Centre of Excellence PMO Lead with project governance and administration tasks.
• Supporting cadence of weekly project meetings and daily stand ups; schedule attendance.
• Create agendas and maintain governance tasks including risks and issues, reports, and docs.
• Support communications team with status information for key project briefs.
• Step in to cover senior PMO tasks, including chairing meetings and briefing leadership.
