Epping Forest District Council is seeking a Delivery Support Lead to join the PMO and help drive transformation across the organisation. You will support projects, programmes, and service planning with robust governance and effective planning to deliver priority outcomes for residents.

In this role you will monitor progress, benefits realisation, risks, and performance metrics, developing the project delivery framework and providing analytic insight for senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting projects, programmes, or PMO functions within a complex organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance information.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and reporting processes.
• Experience monitoring and analysing performance data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and ensure high standards of quality and governance.
• The ability to coach and support colleagues in adopting new tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the delivery of corporate and service projects through effective project governance and administration.
• Monitoring project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and benefits through RAID management.
• Producing high-quality project reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for governance forums.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans and delivery schedules.
• Leading quality assurance activities for project documentation and providing constructive challenge.
• Coordinating service planning activities to align with corporate priorities and objectives.
• Monitoring and analysing service and corporate KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coaching and supporting colleagues in the use of project management frameworks and tools.
• Developing and maintaining project templates, guidance materials, and PMO resources.
• Acting as a trusted partner to managers and teams, providing delivery assurance and performance insight.
