NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking a PMO Lead Delivery Manager to lead a PMO-as-a-Service across a complex portfolio. You will drive governance, delivery assurance and executive reporting while directing a team of five PMO Delivery resources.

You will translate client objectives into structured service plans, establish clear accountability, and deliver measurable business value through improved portfolio visibility, controls and performance. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in PMO, Programme Management or Delivery Management within a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of project and programme governance, controls and delivery assurance.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resource plans and delivery performance.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and change management skills.
• Experience producing high-quality management information, dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at senior levels.
• Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating PMO professionals and project teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the PMO-as-a-Service, ensuring services, responsibilities, KPIs and outcomes are achieved.
• Own an outcomes-based PMO service with clearly defined deliverables, milestones and measurable success criteria.
• Translate client objectives into a structured service delivery plan with measurable outcomes.
• Establish accountability across the team with identified owners, target dates and outcomes.
• Ensure PMO demonstrates measurable client value through governance, delivery and financial controls.
• Develop and maintain a PMO service scorecard covering KPIs, performance and improvement outcomes.
• Regularly review PMO outcomes with senior stakeholders and report on progress and priorities.
• Shift PMO from activity-led to an insight-led, value-focused delivery service.
• Ensure PMO reporting distinguishes activities, outputs, outcomes and business value.
• Provide hands-on coaching to develop PMO governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Conduct regular team reviews, performance discussions and quality checks on outputs.
• Create a high-performance culture of ownership and collaboration.
