Airbus Defence and Space Limited invites applications for a PMO apprenticeship at its Stevenage site. The role develops project management skills within a structured PMO, supporting delivery through tools, templates, and reporting.

Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of PM methodologies, strong communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google software. A-levels are required, with a salary of £23,000 and a 37-hour week, plus holiday and benefits.

Qualificações

• Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Proficiency in Google software.
• Experience of using databases is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting the PMO and Project Managers in the development and maintenance of tools, templates, and reporting to support project delivery.
• Supporting the Head of PMO on delivery improvement workstreams and PM digitalisation; tailoring processes and developing software tools.
• Liaising with PMO, Risk and Planning Managers to support best practice Project and Risk Management across the business.
• Maintaining project plans, logs, risk registers, and monthly reporting to support successful delivery.
