Job summary

Airbus is offering a UK apprenticeship within the Project Management Office (PMO). You will support PMO and project managers in developing tools and reporting, while assisting with delivery improvement and PM digitalisation.

You’ll liaise with risk, planning, and stakeholders to implement best practices, maintaining plans and logs and contributing to monthly reports. The role requires at least 2 A levels (C or above) and GCSEs in Maths and English at C/4 or above, with strong communication and

• Minimum 2 A levels (C or above) and GCSE grades in Maths and English (C/4 or above).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google software; databases are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO and project managers in developing and maintaining tools, templates, and reporting.
• Support delivery improvement workstreams and PM digitalisation; tailor PM processes.
• Liaise with PMO, Risk and Integrated Planning to implement best practices.
• Maintain project plans, logs, risks, opportunities, and milestone tracking for reporting.
