Network Rail is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join the FTR PMO and support a portfolio of programmes and projects in standing up GBR. You will develop the PMO framework, governance and reporting to enable robust programme oversight across multiple workstreams.

You will lead project controls, RAID, dependencies and milestones while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement of PMO capabilities across the portfolio.

Competenze

• Experience delivering projects of varying complexity across industries.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects with business change.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build relationships across the business.
• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Strong leadership, flexible and adaptable.
• Strong financial management and commercial acumen.
• Membership of the Association for Project Management or other professional body.
• Proven track record in supplier management.

Mansioni

• Develop and embed the PMO framework, governance structure and ways of working for effective portfolio and project delivery.
• Create practical templates, controls and reporting processes with portfolio-wide visibility across projects.
• Implement RAID, dependency, milestone and action management and meaningful senior leadership reporting.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and resource management, ensuring delivery discipline.
• Provide constructive challenge to risks and milestones and support business case development and reviews.
