Job summary

Gist Limited is seeking a PMO Coordinator to support the Logistics Network Transformation Programme. You will report to the Programme Manager, maintain key logs, RACIs and change control, and prepare governance forums and stakeholder presentations.

You will develop and manage project plans, track milestones, costs, risks and quality, and drive actions across cross-functional teams with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project or programme management.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tools.
• Strong organisation with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of waterfall or agile PM methods.
• Ability to present project updates clearly.
• Experience supporting complex, fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support and manage RAID/RAIDD logs, RACIs, change control and invoicing.
• Prepare and coordinate project governance forums and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track times, costs, quality, issues and risks; drive actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders.
