Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' hands-on Business Analysis experience within technology transformation or ERP environments.
• Experience on Supply Chain technology projects with strong process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements across supply chain and ERP transformation projects.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements with stakeholders and teams.
• Develop process maps, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria and BRD/FRD documents.
• Support delivery and optimisation of ERP platforms, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP MDG and Infor Nexus.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Assist with data flows and system integration between SAP and other enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Assist with validation, testing and implementation readiness.

PMO Business Analyst – Supply Chain & ERP Transformation

We are currently partnered with a leading global media and interactive entertainment organisation seeking an experienced PMO Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology transformation initiatives across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation, working on complex technology programmes with a particular focus on Supply Chain, ERP systems and business process improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project delivery functions to gather requirements, map business processes and support the implementation and optimisation of enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements across supply chain and ERP transformation projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements documentation.
• Support the delivery and optimisation of ERP platforms, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP MDG and Infor Nexus.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support system integration initiatives, including data flows and file exchanges between SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Assist with requirements validation, testing activities and implementation readiness.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years' hands-on Business Analysis experience, ideally within technology transformation or ERP environments.
• Experience working on Supply Chain technology projects, with a strong understanding of associated business processes.
• Proven ability to independently gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Strong experience producing process maps, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
• Foundational understanding of SAP business processes, system integrations and data exchanges.
• Understanding of material master data management and its importance within supply chain operations.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and cross-functional delivery functions.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP MDG or Infor Nexus.
• Experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio, Visio, Lucidchart or other BPMN platforms.
• Previous experience supporting global ERP implementations, integrations or transformation programmes.
• Experience working within large, multinational organisations.
